Charming In-Law Suite with Two Bedrooms and Wheelchair Accessible in Quiet Redding Neighborhood

Beautiful place, wonderful owners

I needed this place for a unique housing situation and Jim was so wonderful in communicating with me. Both him and his wife are kind people. The home is spacious, quiet and nicely furnished. There is a nice backyard space off the kitchen that overlooks a creek and across from that is a peaceful open field. I will definitely come stay again if I am traveling through. Can not thank Jim and Janet enough

Quiet, Clean, Convenient,

I spent a month in this home and I cant say enough how welcome I felt. Before I arrived Jim was is a great communicator, kind and friendly person. He made my stay easy. He was available for me when needed without hesitation, which if you are traveling alone, is really comforting. His family is respectful of your privacy and always felt welcome. Oh and if you are arriving around dinnertime, he suggested the BEST Chinese food that was local, which was great after a long day on the road. Parking close to the door. The space is clean, there is ample room for your items, the kitchen has everything you need to cook and laundry is close. The bathroom is large and has a shower that is big enough to bend to wash your toes! There is a sitting area in the back and you can get lost while drinking your coffee and watching the cows in the field behind the house. If this pops up as available, GRAB IT! It is booked out! Enjoy your time!
