Highly recommend!

A well-furnished unit in a safe location in Wallingford. The landlords, Tom and Cheryl, are very kind and responsive. I used a bike for most travel and could use store it in a garage. In addition to the items shown in the photos, I have also purchased and left a desk/chair, as well as extra kitchen items such as bowls/pans/pots/woks/tongs, so you can settle in more easily. It didn't feel humid at all, even though it's a semi-basement floor unit. I enjoyed my stay overall and highly recommend this property.

Peaceful, restorative stay

The space is furnished beautifully and nested in a peaceful/quiet neighborhood. There are convenient walkable bars and restaurants nearby. The block itself is verdant and beautifully landscaped which makes for lovely neighborhood strolls. Cheryl and Tom were attentive and gracious hosts ensuring my stay was smooth and comfortable!
