Cute Comfortable Bungalow

This 2 bedroom 2 1/2 bath bungalow is so charming. Original hardwood floors, interesting artwork, updated baths, and comfortable beds. Kitchen has all the accessories you need (more than most rentals). It has a desk if you are working from home. It is light and airy and has A/C and ceiling fans. It also has tv's in both bedrooms and a large tv in the living room with a sound bar. There is some street noise during the day but it calms down at night, and we didn't hear it at all when we slept in the back king bedroom. The landlord also provides ear plugs if you need them (we didn't). Washer/dryer are also included. Malinda, the landlord, is very responsive and does everything she can to make your stay enjoyable. The front porch is awesome, and we spent a lot of time out there relaxing and reading. It has a great location and you can get to downtown and RAD quickly. I highly recommend this place and wouldn't hesitate to stay there again if needed.
