Comfortable and Convenient

The two of us stayed with Jessica and Michael for 3 months while on contract in Tacoma. We had an amazing stay! The hosts we now consider friends. Anything we needed they either had, fixed, or bought. They are so kind and friendly. The place was perfect for the two of us. The king bed was comfortable. There is a ton of storage space. The kitchen was easy for us to cook and roomy enough to both be in it. The location is great! The walk aound the golf course loop was a favorite of ours. Grocery stores and many other shops are close and getting around was simple. The neughborhood was both safe and quiet. We can see why people want to live in University Place!

Spacious beauty!

Very spacious one bedroom apartment with a nice layout and all amenities one might need. The bed is super comfortable with lovely linens. The owners are very responsive and approachable. The owners even let me ship many, many boxes to the place before I arrived. Incredibly helpful and kind. The apartment has lots of light and a private coded entrance. The bathroom is spacious and the entire space has lovely furnishings. A perfect place to stay for any amount of time! The neighborhood is super safe and lovely with views of the Olympic mountains from the hill on a clear day. University place has many great restaurants, shops, grocery stores, walking trails, and other entertainment available.

BOOK NOW!!! This is the perfect apartment! It is updated and clean and looks just as pictured! The space is super cute and had a homey feel. It included everything I need and more. I felt safe in this apartment and had everything I need close by: grocery stores (Trader Joes and Whole Foods!), fun restaurants, brewerys, shopping, and the Puget Sound! The neighborhood is friendly and well lit with your parking spot directly in the driveway that leads up to your private key pad locked entrance. The owners are AMAZING and make sure you have everything you need and feel right at home. They live upstairs and are very respectful of your privacy and respond to any questions or needs you have almost immediately! I was so sad to leave this apartment and you will not want to pass this up! :)
