Exceptional Host!

Bella was an amazing hostess throughout our entire stay, Oct 2024-Jan 2025. The apartment was very comfy and cozy for my friend and I. She exceeded our expectations. She made sure any mishaps were immediately taken care of no matter how small they were. She was able to build her carport for her guest to park in a safe space. While I parked in the empty lot next door while the carport was being built, one day it rained a lot and I got stuck in some mud and couldnt get out, I called Bella to see what I can do she immediately had one of her workers whom were already working on the property to come and assist, Mr James, whom was so helpful and able to assist me out of the mud, it snowed in St. Louis the first time since weve been there, Bella made sure we had equipment to remove the snow off my car. Because we traveled back home in the south often there was another snow storm headed to St. Louis, I made sure to buy a car cover prior to leaving to go back home, however the package came after we were already gone but Bella and her husband made sure to place the cover on my car for me, once we were finally able to get back to St. Louis the snow made it impossible to go anywhere, when my car got stuck in it for almost 2 hrs, Bella once again made sure to call someone to assist me out of it, while she remained on the phone with me the entire time to ensure I was safe, my new tire was punctured by a nail on her property and she replaced my new tire, talking bout over and beyond, she made sure we was taken care of no matter the circumstances, she even sent a gift/token of appreciation for our patience during the new upgrades. I cant stress enough how exceptional of a hostess she was. I will definitely recommend this property to nurses or anyone whos looking for accommodations while traveling for business. Convenient and Stylish

The owner Isabella is amazing ! She was very attentive to any of the apartment needs. The apartment is just as pictured. Received the apartment clean and everything in place.
