Absolutely Kind and Helpful

As a traveler we all know that housing is our largest concern (on-site parking, safety, proximity to hospital). Rayleen and Husband were absolutely amazing. I was greeted with a professional tour, a binder full of local restaurants and options locally. I felt very safe and secure and Rayleen lives directly across the street if there is anything needed. Not only did they provide a clean/safe home they also provided landscaping which was such a delight to return home to after a shift. Rayleen was quick to respond to any of my texts and/or questions. Thank you for being such wonderful hosts, anyone who rents this property will not be disappointed.

I stayed in this place for 6 month. I had a very great experience. Nice lanlord. She was helpful and respectful to me. I had no problem. Spacious place and nice neighbourhood.

Amazing Fully Equipped Duplex

R was an amazing host. Excellent communication and R lives nearby, and was always able & ready to help us if we needed anything. Having a fully equipped home with a dishwasher, laundry unit made it even more convenient. The home has many ncie touches that will make you feel right at home, and is conveniently located to pretty much everything in Modesto, especially all the hospitals for healthcare travelers. We had no issues or concerns during our stay, and would recommend R's place to anyone looking for a home away from home!

Charming College Area Duplex

R made my stay incredibly easy, comfortable, and met each and every need that I had. The apartment is very spacious, clean, and had everything that I needed for my stay. The full kitchen was a huge positive in my book- It is difficult to find these accommodations with a reasonable price, and this location satisfied both. R lives across the street, which was very helpful if I had any questions/concerns. I would absolutely recommend staying at this location to anyone who is looking to live close to the hospitals.
