Great Experience
This place is great for one person. I stayed for almost a year and had no issues. It is clean and well taken care of. Any issues I had were minor and fixed immediately upon report. The landlord is very friendly and very responsive. I would stay again if in the area

Great place
This place was great for my 3month stay, quite neighborhood, clean property, the parking lot was great for my trailer and truck. Will defetnely be back!! In the future.

Convenient and cute
The manager of this property was very accommodating. I had to leave early due to contract cancellation and was refunded the deposit.

Christmas Stay
I needed my own space while visiting family in Georgia. I located this efficieny on Furnish finder. The property appeared recently renovated and very cleaned. Its tucked away in a neighborhood but conveniently close to groceriers and eateries. The space was big enough for me and my fiance, equipped with all necessities including a washer and dryer. I did not cook because I was visiting family but having practically a full kitchen I was able to warm food with oven or store in the refrigerator. Thank you for a comfortable stay and booking was a breeze. I look forward to using the space again when I visit Georgia.

Full of Great Surprises
OMG ! This a Wonderful Cozy Spot ! It had everything I needed ! Super Clean ! Even the parking was amazing , well lite area, Big parking area ! Easy access to the main highway A Great Surprise Nearby a walking Trail .

This was the idea spot that I needed. Visiting family and wanted my own space and privacy. This place has everything you need including a washer and dryer.
