Not a good option!

I moved here from St Louis as a travel nurse. The unit is UPSTAIRS with no control of a thermostat! I had to text owner if I wanted heat or air on. I guess the lower unit has the thermostat. Fully carpeted and probably not cleaned in years. I walked into no vent cover in bath, no working bath fan, a dangling vent cover in kitchen ceiling, a living room with only a vinyl couch my dog wouldnt even go on and a refrigerator, yes a refrigerator in the living room. The grass was 2 feet tall and there was broken glass on walkway. The shadiest house in the neighborhood which by the way is unsafe. I was there for 3 weeks and had 1 lawn mowing without any trim as the workers equipment was in the shop. I vacated as soon as I found something else. Do not rent here. Its literally not habitable.
