I came out to California for a travel nurse assignment. I looked at several rentals in this price range that were either single bedrooms in someone's home w/shared bathrooms & kitchens, or renovated garage spaces. Then I found this cozy gem. This guest house offers the perfect amount of living space & privacy. I also enjoyed its proximity to the beach, shopping, and entertainment venues. You won't find better landlords than D & R. They were so welcoming & accommodating. They are genuinely good people that I now consider friends.
