Best apartment ever

There are no cons with this apartment. I am a nurse, and I went there for a 3 months contract. Thanks God I found this apartment. It is located in a safety neighborhood, amazing view with all types of birds. The owners, they are a couples, are amazing. They always answered all my questions on time, very respectful, non noise people. Very well equipped and beautiful decoration, bed comfortable, very spacious, clean. I really felt at home in that apartment! If I have to come back to Roanoke, I definitely rent it again.

Outstanding property in all ways!

We rented this property for our college-aged daughter, who was traveling to the Roanoke area for a school externship. As you can imagine, we wanted her in a safe, well-maintained property. This property knocked it out of the park. First of all the property owners were amazing -- friendly, quick communication and responsive to any inquiry. Our daughter chatted with them often and said they were always so pleasant too (but not invasive -- very respectful of course). They even offered to buy a few groceries ahead of time for her so that she would have some ready-to-go snacks as she moved in. Secondly, the property is newly-renovated, and was beautiful. The pictures are a true rep! Fully furnished, inc wifi, laundry, and a "stocked" smart TV with all of the channels. Third the property is in a SAFE and lovely neighborhood complete with seasonal deer and birds and other wildlife. It's also very close to town and very convenient. I cannot recommend this property highly enough. A++
