This is a basement apartment. Completely separate from the rest of the house. You have your own entrance, bathroom, kitchen, family room. The kitchen is extremely large & has a desk area in there which can be used for an office. The whole area is bright with sunlight. The high ceilings and windows make it feel as though you are not in a basement.

Spacious Home Away From Home
I stayed in this very spacious walk out basement apartment in a beautiful home that is in a nice safe neighborhood, and I can tell you that it was great value for the money. As a flight attendant, it was important for me to be able to get sleep, get back and forth to the airport, and also to enjoy life in between. This unit met all my needs and the landlords are very kind and responsive. This is a very spacious unit that gets lots of light during the day but is nice and dark at night. It stays cool temperature wise as well. Freeway is close at hand and it was always an easy commute to the airport. Peachtree Lake is a 10 minute drive away if you like to walk/run along the golf cart path there and there's also a Publix and some restaurants nearby. There's also three different gas stations next to the freeway exit. One of them just put in a Starbucks as part of it. Ashley Park outdoor mall is not far away as well. I was very happy for the two and a half months I spent there!
