Couldn't have asked for a better place to stay!

I was here on contract as a travel healthcare worker and I couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. Quite and very safe area. The building has very cool history behind it. Walking distance to downtown, restaurants, shops, river walk. Apartment is big, clean, and had everything I needed. Best part about my stay was the tenants! They are both very sweet and caring and were very quick to relay to any questions I had. I had my contract end early and they were very accommodating through that process. If you are looking to stay in Madison, don't look any further! This is your place!

Perfect stay

I stayed here for a contract and absolutely loved it! Sharon and her husband were so kind and welcoming. The place was spotless, cozy, and very inviting. Madison itself is such a charming town with plenty of cute shops and great restaurants.

Cozy, historic home with caring hosts

Ive stayed here since April and love this beautiful, historic home cozy, clean, and quiet. Spacious rooms, full laundry, reliable WiFi, new kitchen appliances, private entrance, clawfoot tub plus standup shower, and personal AC/space heaters for excellent temperature control. Perfect downtown Madison location with restaurants, river access, and yearround activities. Best part: Dave and Sharon have cared for the house for 25+ years and are warm, helpful hosts who make this feel like home. Current resident! A true gem and home away from home for myself and my to small doggies. But they got in special!
