Comfortable and Welcoming

I stayed here for three months over the summer and had a wonderful experience. Severine, the landlord, and her son Leo were incredibly kind, welcoming, and friendly to everyone, and they truly created a warm, positive, and feel-like-home environment. The house is in a great location and has a lovely backyard, which was perfect for relaxing and unwinding after work. The rooms are clean, spacious, and comfortable. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a pleasant long or short-term stay.

READ BEFORE YOU GET THIS PLACE

I was in this place for about 7 months last year. AFTER ABOUT ONE MONTH AFTER I LEFT THE PLACE CLEAN WITHOUT ANY DAMAGE, SHE(Severine) DEDUCTED $300 FROM MY DEPOSIT WITHOUT ANY REASON. It has been more than 8 months since the day that I moved out. I have not received any reasonable answer about why she(Severine) deducted $300 from my deposit. About the room, I have to say that THERE IS NO AIR CONDITIONING SYSTEM DURING SUMMER. It was baking in the room during hot days. During winter, although the house has a heater, they do not turn it on unless you clearly tell them that the house is not livable. I was a tenant in multiple places in the United States. They all returned my full deposit without any problem. I have not had such behavior from a landlord other than the landlord of this room(Severine) to cut 30% of my deposit for no reason. She did not answer my calls and messages after I left the place. It was such a disappointing experience with this landlord.
