I stayed at Rich's place for a three month work assignment and it was the perfect size for just me. This unit has everything you'd need with an A-frame layout, appliances, and washer/dryer detached from the unit. It came fully furnished with cookware as well. It's about a five minute drive to downtown and about a twenty minute easy drive to the mountains (my favorite part). My 6ft husband visited for a couple of days and the shower was a little tight for him to stand up straight but he agreed this was a good find! Rich was also so easy to communicate and work with! I would highly recommend Rich's place!
