Amazing stay

Not only is the landlord extremely friendly, quick to respond, and supplies all the household necessities, the place is also extremely nice. Place is very clean, beds are comfortable, lots of space, and I also felt very safe especially as a woman living alone. When the wifi cut out one day, the landlord immediately responded to my text to troubleshoot and when he realized it was a larger issue at hand was able to reach out to the wifi company to resolve the problem in the next couple hours. I highly recommend staying at this place with this host, if I have a need to stay in the area again I would definitely check here first.

Nicely appointed and freshly remodeled first floor apartment in Mansfield. This place came well stocked with everything we would have needed and J. was a great host. He was very easy to work with and accommodating of our needs. We loved the dishwasher, king sized bed and in unit washer/dryer combo. Literally walking distance to Ohio Health Mansfield hospital. Very central location with plenty of parking. Thanks!

The BEST!

I had an amazing stay here! The house is so cozy and I always felt safe. The beds were super comfy and plenty of room to hang clothes. The landlord was the best EVER! I had some unpredictable issues come up and he was so accommodating. I could not have asked for a friendlier and more forgiving landlord. He's truly the best and has a great soul. Blessed to have picked this property to stay at for the short while I was in town.

Close to hospital

The owner J is so accommodating for anything you may need and they had everything you could possibly need stocked in the apartment. everything is newly renovated. I liked how it is keyless and there are two doors and two codes to get in. apartment is down the street from OhioHealth. Blackout curtains for night shift were a plus. Def recommend staying for a travel assignment!
