Excellent space and setting for my needs

This basement apartment is spotless and huge ! Very unique looking. There is a fenced yard entrance is in the back. It is in a very quiet safe neighborhood . It is very close to the mall/hospitals/restaurants. I have enjoyed staying here . Beds are very comfortable. Price is reasonable. The owner is very responsible and respectful, she responds to my request in a prompt manner. I Highly recommend to rent this beautiful place if ever in Lexington.

Nice neighborhood, comfortable house, great host
I stayed with K for 3 months this summer and had a very good stay. The house is comfortable and clean, and the other roommates were friendly & considerate. K is extremely kind & helpful, very easy to deal with. I would rent here again. Also, the neighborhood is extremely safe and quiet. It is convenient to a lot of good food & other shopping on the south side of town. I also really enjoyed the Movie Tavern at Brannon Crossing, only 5 minutes away.

The property was safe, clean, comfortable, everything we needed. The owner was great, flexible and took care of anything that came up. Would definitely stay there again!!!

Do NOT rent here!!!!
Let me start our by prefacing that any rental in KY is better than this one so do NOT waste your money here! When arriving the unit was covered in dead bugs ( millipedes, spiders, crickets, worms), the sheets were dirty, there was leftover dog food on the floor, and the shower was dirty. It was obvious no one had been hired to clean. The unit does not have a separate HVAC system therefore you cannot control your own temperature and it is regulated by the tenants upstairs. The unit smells of mold and mildew and the bugs continued to get worse. Half way through my stay, the landlord rented out the driveway/garage to individuals we did not know and we did not have access to half of the driveway. This was an invasion of privacy and never stated in the lease. They were also allowed on the property whenever they needed. I ended up cutting my lease short due to the health hazards the basement presented. I asked for a receipt for the cleaning fee and the landlord blocked my number. DO NOT RENT
