Cozy and Clean Carriage House

Great place

Wonderful stay! Very clean, safe, and private. David was a great host!

Great place to stay!

Stayed here for a four-month clinical rotation and had a great experience. The space was very clean and spacious for a studio, and the location was convenient to many nearby spots. Overall, it’s an excellent option for both short- and long-term stays.

Fantastic Stay

I was an intern stationed in Richmond over the summer and this place was perfect. It had everything youd expect plus way more (vacuum, cleaning supplies, cooking utensils, etc). The bed was extremely comfortable, kitchen was the perfect size, shower was great, and everything was very clean and cozy. Would definitely recommend if you need a place to stay for a few months in Richmond. Additionally, David was great, and made sure everything was taken care of and responded immediately when I communicated with him. 10/10!

LC

I had a wonderful stay here! The place is modern, clean, and stocked with great essentials. I have rented other properties through this website before and this location far exceeds others. David went above and beyond with supplying the location (cleaning supplies, laundry detergent, makeup wipes etc.) he even had fresh flowers when I arrived! As a landlord David was very responsive, respectful and accommodating. He always responded quickly and made sure I had everything I needed. Location is great as well- super close to everything you need and multiple hospitals for work. I truly enjoyed my stay here... I absolutely would rent again!!!

Great location!

Very cute place in a great location, close to popular Richmond spots! Nice neighborhood, off street parking, and quiet. Perfect amount of space for a solo traveler. Friendly owner who is very quick to respond. Would definitely stay here again if I ever come back to Richmond!

Great Property!

So happy to have found this property! Upon taking a work assignment in Richmond, I was unfamiliar with the city/area and was slightly nervous about finding a safe and comfortable spot to call home for a few months.. This spot has exceeded my expectations! The rental is up-to-date and D has provided everything I have needed. He is very attentive and ensures I have no issues throughout my stay. The location allows for an easy drive to shopping centers, grocery stores, restaurants, and multiple hospitals. The modern furnishings and in-house washer and dryer are just an added plus! Very thankful for D and his rental property for helping me have a great experience in this city!
