The landlord Dana couldn't have been more accommodating. Nice and quiet and clean. Would definitely rent again.

Wonderful Experience

I had a summer internship in Little Rock and I'm so glad I chose to stay at Dana's place. The studio was clean and perfect for my needs, the backyard is well-kept, and the neighbor in the main house is very friendly and accommodating. Dana was organized with great communication throughout. The neighborhood is friendly and peaceful, and you are only a short walk away from the coffee and restaurants at Stifft's Station. I loved spending my summer here and can't recommend Dana's place highly enough.

Private and quiet

This place was so cute, quiet, and private. Dana is such a sweet lady, very accommodating. The neighbor in the main house was also very friendly helpful.

Great Place

This place is great. I stayed here for my travel nurse assignment, and would definitely come back. It is just 5 min drive to UAMS. And the Host of the place are great (my first day I had car problems and they drove me to work and took care of my little pug dog) . Also outside, you can sit on a bench and it's like a little park with camp-out like little light bulbs in the night . Also with a big fenced in run around for my dog, my experience there was allPOSITIVE.
