Great landlords

The condo was clean, organized and came with everything needed. Also has a great view. Alice and Frank were great to work with. There was an issue with the AC when I first moved in and they attended to it right away. I would highly recommend it.

Very nice, comfortable stay downtown Portland. It is a safe, well maintained building. The apartment has everything to make you feel home. Laundry is clean in the basement, free of charge. Location is very convenient with lots of things in walking distance: waterfront, farmers market, restaurants, theaters, shops.. Several options for public transportation right at the door, and accessible to main roads as well. Owners are very kind, and responsive. I wish I couldve stayed longer!

Centrally Located, Well Appointed Apartment

Alices apartment was perfect! The place was clean, well-appointed, and close to multiple hospitals. The apartment is located within walking distance to lots of restaurants, food carts, coffee shops, and even a farmers market. I felt the neighborhood was safe, and having a locked garage space to park my car in was a huge perk. Alice was so friendly and quick to respond if any maintenance needs arose. She also left several recommendations/travel suggestions for the area, which was greatly appreciated as someone who had never been to Portland. I absolutely loved my stay and would recommend it to other travel nurses!

Perfect place to stay!

I had the most comfortable and amazing 3 month stay at this condo. From the moment I arrived, the owners of the condo helped me bring all my stuff into the apartment. This was a sweet gesture that I hadnt experienced before and it made me instantly feel comfortable. The owners took their time to show me everything I needed to know about the condo. Everything you may possibly need is already supplied. The condo itself is very spacious, has its own private balcony, a smart TV, many appliances, a super comfortable bed, tons of storage for all your belongings, and the floor to ceiling windows bring in a lot of light! Its located right in front of a street car station, and at 1 minute walk to CVS (next building over). At another 5 minute walk you will have access to many different bus stops, coffee shops, Portland university, and the PSU Saturday market. At about a 15 minute walk is the Pioneer Square which is a shopping centre. The building itself is extremely clean, quiet and the neighbors are super welcoming. Overall, I honestly cant recommend this place enough.

Pefect home away from home

I can't say enough about this wonderful condo! A few things I really appreciated: - Location is a safe, green area of downtown. It's part of a 9-block series of pedestrian walkways, parks and fountains. There's a large gated yard and garden for tenants to relax and enjoy green space. - The spacious condo feels bigger than 603 sq ft., and there's a clean, aesthetically pleasing interior. The bright light reflected in through large windows made December less dark! The host thought of all amenities a guest would need to settle in (dishes, starter supplies, etc.). - It's a friendly building with mostly homeowners; quiet and respectful vibe. HOA and onsite management were accessible when I had questions. Construction is especially solid, and there's virtually zero noise from other units. I now appreciate concrete walls! - Laundry room is clean, easy to use, and no cost to tenant. The garage is clean, and the main arteries of the city are within easy driving distance. Great place! A+
