Love this home
We come back to Pennsylvania as much as we can to visit with kids and grandkids. We started renting in 2007 and every time we can, we stay at this townhouse. So many improvements have been done over the years since we have stayed here. The place is clean, up-to-date and in a great place for us to see all the relatives. Since we have been coming, there has been new furniture, new washer, dryer, dishwasher, refrigerator but best of all last year there was a new air-conditioner, new windows and a beautiful new deck in the back. We are looking forward to coming back this year.
Nice home, but be cautious
The house is perfectly fine. It was really nice to have a garage to park in, the area is quiet and safe, and it was a short drive to work for me. It's also right off the interstate which was very convenient. The only part about my stay that I was not a fan of was the landlord. The landlord is condescending and accusatory if something needs repair. The automatic response would be that I had broken something and would threaten to deduct the repair costs from my deposit (which I have never heard of before). I stopped directly contacting the landlord and instead communicated through my recruiter because she became so aggressive that it was upsetting me (my agency set up the accommodation). This is an older home and one should expect things to need repair from time to time. If you chose to rent this home I caution you to take plenty of videos and photos at move in and move out or if anything needs repair. I did get my deposit back, but I also had my recruiter on my side.
