Great location, central to everything in Tucson, but serene and quiet! Slate floors on the main level with area rugs throughout. Carpeted bedrooms. Front patio, and fenced backyard with patio. New appliances throughout, as well as whole house water softener system. Very comfortable for four people.

Perfect Townhome for TMC Traveler

We had a wonderful stay at this updated and well-furnished townhome. It's within walking distance of TMC which was great, and the community was quiet and safe. The kitchen was recently updated with all new appliances and the townhome has lots of space and ample room/privacy in both front and back patios. The hosts were also wonderful people who made sure we felt at home. We would recommend this place to any and all that are looking for a comfy place to stay.

Great stay in Tucson

We had an excellent stay at Amy's townhome. The location was perfect for us, as it is basically located right on the Loop, which we took advantage of for walking and running almost daily. It's also close to many shops and restaurants. There is a lot of space in this townhouse, and everything is very comfortable. The kitchen was beautifully updated and well-equipped and there are brand new laundry appliances. We especially liked the front and back patio spaces and took much advantage of them. I also appreciated the quiet and efficient ceiling fan in the primary bedroom, and the HUGE amount of closet space in that primary suite.
