Clean and comfortable

Karla was a really nice landlord and her husband, Buddy was equally nice. The property was clean and very well maintained. If I ever get another contract in OKC, she would be the first one I contact for housing. Thank you and GOD bless!!

I give this place a solid 5/10. It is clean, bedroom is good size with nice sized closet. Bed is comfortable enough, waters hot. Karla is nice, her husband is a bit of a bully. When you tour you'll be cautioned NOT to use the garbage disposal or dishwasher. You will be instructed to just let her know if you need anything. Once here it becomes apparent that Karla moved leaving all kitchen cabinets filled with her stuff from large bottle of dried peanut , a freezer filled with stuff. There are tampons and a bidet in the bathroom, trash in the kitchen drawers. Cooking supplies are limited with a mix of pots and pans thrown in the cabinet in various condition for use. There is a knife set that is rusted. When asked for a held shower head so the shower could be used to clean, nothing came. So yes, if you need anything, you can ask. BUT...
