This ADU is meticulously cared for by Jasmine & David. They're both exceptionally kind, professional, respectful & fantastic communicators. They're always available for questions & respond quickly to any needs you may have during your stay. Best landlords & property caretakers I've ever met. I stayed here while in PA school. Having a quiet, private space where I could decompress & study was essential. I could not have had a better living situation! Kitchen has everything you need. Great closet space! Comfy bed & couch. Lots of storage space. Private parking next to the ADU. They thought of everything when creating the space & it's so clean! The porch is a nice place to have a quiet morning coffee, listen to the birds & center yourself before a busy day. I often studied outside in the evenings. There are cute wandering neighborhood cats that occasionally come by for snuggles. If I ever end up back in Sac, I would contact Jasmine & David first before looking for any other place.
