Well updated and quiet street

Felt almost like home! Everything worked as advertised. Looks like its been recently remodeled with better quality upgrades than in a regular Air BNB. I loved the quiet, solid construction of the home. No creaking wood at night. Very quiet street. Great parking for our car in the back. If we came home later at light, there was an automatic light that came on to allow us to open the door with the code provided. Quiet neighbors. Area is being revitalized so some of the homes around us are in the process of being revamped but we heard nothing. Great location for visits to the stadiums downtown. Within walking distance of Grand Street. Dishwasher, clothes washer and dryer, and microwave were very efficient. Hot showers and firm comfy bed made us feel right at home. .Highly recommend this place and would definitely stay again. The basement ceiling is lower so fine for me at 5'3". Taller people may need to watch their heads. The workout room was great for rainy days.

Quite lil spot

Adorable little spot in a safe quiet neighborhood. Good access to all the major highways. Huge park a couple blocks away. Good food in the area as well. This place has it all. Our dogs loved the area and the cute little back yard. M the land lord is responsive and stays outta your business. During the winter he made sure our sidewalks were shoveled and salted. If you're needing a nice spot in a good location look no further!!
