Not worth the money

I would not recommend this property. The A/C is controlled by the upstairs tenants, so it is around 80 degrees in the unit even with a portable ac the humidity is still bad. It is a month to month agreement. I moved out on June 10th and paid the entire month of June's rent and they are refusing to refund the deposit claiming I did not give a two weeks notice. I told Kimberly on May 29 I would be leaving by June 13th. Either way the entire month of June was paid, so I will be getting an attorney. The noise in the apartment is also an issue with noise upstairs neighbors and no privacy! I had friendly centipedes crawling on me while trying to sleep, so an exterminator for bugs is an issue as well.

Emily moved out with out a written notice. The lease requires advance notice in accordance with the written terms, which was not provided within the required timeframe under the agreement. The security deposit was handled according to the signed lease, which outlines conditions for notice and move-out procedures. In an effort to resolve the matter, the deposit was returned minus the agreed cleaning fee, per the lease terms. None of the concerns mentioned in this review were reported to management during the tenancy or communicated in a way that allowed for resolution at the time of the stay. Any maintenance or environmental concerns that are reported during a stay are addressed promptly, and no unresolved issues were documented during this tenancy. The deposit matter was reviewed and returned to the traveler in accordance with the lease terms prior to the posting of this review.
