Best little hide-away in SW Portland

My roommate and I really enjoyed living in this home. I have lived in multiple neighborhoods since taking a contract in Portland and really find this little nook to be the nicest, quietest, and safest area so far! Bryan and Paula have been extremely welcoming (almost making you feel like you've known them for years), and are incredibly responsive getting back to you within hours and addressing issues pretty much within the same day (only lightbulb changes and some extra fan noise). Even though in a quiet neighborhood, it's close to an artery so you can get to anywhere in Portland relatively quickly. Plenty of on street parking and have never felt unsafe leaving my car out. If in search of a beautiful home, in a safe and quiet neighborhood, and landlords that make you feel welcome, then this is the property for you! Thanks to Bryan and Paula creating and maintaining an amazing living space!

1.5 year stay as a travel couple

We had a wonderful stay at this beautifully furnished home. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that every detail had been thoughtfully considered. The home was in pristine condition with high-quality finishes throughout, and it had everything we needed to settle in comfortably with minimal luggage. The kitchen was fully stocked with cooking supplies, the living spaces were cozy and inviting, and every room felt like home. We also really appreciated the quiet, peaceful neighborhoodit was not only scenic but perfect for morning and evening walks. Just as important, Paula and Bryan were fantastic landlords. They were always quick to respond to any issues that came up, but more than that, they were simply great peopleeasy to talk to, kind, and respectful. We genuinely enjoyed getting to know them and still keep in touch! This was one of the most seamless and enjoyable rental experiences weve had, and wed gladly stay here again. Highly recommended!
