Great Stay

Stephanie was an amazing host. Very attentive an a great communicator. Any problems we had, her and her husband were very prompt and efficient in finding a solution same day!! The home was very clean and comfortable for us during our entire stay. I would 100% stay here again if I were to ever be in Albuquerque again!

Lovely stay

I had a wonderful stay at this property and would highly recommend it to any travel nurse or professional in need of a comfortable, well-maintained space. The home was clean, quiet, and thoughtfully furnished with everything I needed during my assignment. The bed was comfortable, the kitchen was stocked, and the Wi-Fi was fast and reliable. The neighborhood felt safe, with easy access to nearby hospitals, grocery stores, and local restaurants. Parking was convenient, and the hosts were incredibly responsive and respectful of my privacy throughout my stay. They went out of their way to make sure I had what I needed, which made a big difference during a busy schedule. Im truly grateful for such a smooth housing experience and would absolutely stay here again. Thank you for providing such a welcoming and professional space!

This beautiful space was everything you could ask for.. it's the perfect home away from home. The owners were very attentive and accommodating to all of our needs. Communication was smooth and efficient, so the whole process went fast. Me and 2 other travel nurses shared this space comfortably for 14 weeks. Lots of space and plenty of places for storage. Very quiet neighborhood with nice neighbors. They provided essential items in the house and if anything needed attention in the home, help was provided in a timely manner. This home is very close to a Sprouts supermarket, a few restaurants(go to the indian spot, maharaja, right down the road!) gym and yoga studios, so you dont have go very far for things. The drive to UNMH is literally a straight shot down Lomas, which took only 5 min drive to get to! Also, there's a park about a half a block from the home that truly was fantastic. Id happily rent with them again and 100% recommend staying here. Thank you for Everything!!

Amazing home

I had the pleasure of staying on their property for the past year, and I can honestly say it was one of the best rental experiences I've had. From the moment I moved in, the communication was clear, friendly, and professional. Any questions I had were answered promptly, and any maintenance requests were handled efficiently, ensuring that I always felt comfortable and taken care of in the home. The house itself was exactly as described in the listing, and it was always well-maintained, clean, and welcoming. They clearly take pride in maintaining their properties, and it showed in the quality of the space. I also really appreciated how respectful and understanding they were when it came to privacy and my needs. When it was time for me to move out, the process was smooth and straightforward. They were accommodating and flexible, which as a travel nurse comes very handy. Overall, I highly recommend renting w them It's rare to find such a reliable and attentive landlord, and I truly appreciated how easy they made my experience. Id gladly rent from them again in the future!
