Walk to Hospitals- 1 Bed 1.5 Bath Private English Basement w/ Street Parking

Great Stay!

Had such a wonderful stay! Everything was just as described in the photos-clean comfortable and thoughtfully maintained. Location was perfect with easy access to the Children's Hospital and downtown for great local restaurants. Connor was incredibly responsive ensuring all needs were met and exceeded in regards to anything and everything with such promptness. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!

Short walk to Children's National

What first drew me in to the property was the short proximity to Children's National. Connor was also very prompt with responses regarding the property, payments, lease, etc. He made the check in process very smooth, and continued to be prompt with questions regarding a random heating issue that was fixed very quickly. The property is very clean with access to cleaning supplies. It has the majority of necessary items one would need in a long stay including towels and toiletries. The location of the property felt safe, particularly as a young female who would be walking early in the morning and late in the evenings to and from work. I can't comment on the parking situation since I did not bring a vehicle. Sometime I would hear the tenants upstairs walking around, but it was never loud or during sleeping hours. The neighbors are also quiet too. Overall, I would say this property is true to the pictures, and superior to several properties I have stayed in in the past.
