Loved our stay!

We really enjoyed our stay at this apartment and hope to be back. The location is perfect with the beach right behind you, absolutely beautiful sunsets you can't miss. It's walking distance from some nice restaurants (highly recommend Turkish Flame) and the Cafe de Paris were both amazing. There's parking for one car, such a clean nice space, the kitchen had all the things you'd need, plenty of storage and the lighting from the big windows was great. Our dog loved the area too, we'd go across the street to walk him in that neighborhood. Also the neighbors were SOO nice, some places can be hit or miss and everyone was lovely. Thanks Chris for our stay!

excellent location

The property was clean, bright and well stocked with everything we needed for our month stay. The proximity to the beach is steps away and the fabulous restaurants are all within an easy walk. This area of Indian Rocks is quiet and peaceful. I would definitely recommend this condo if you're staying in the area.

IRB with ease

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely 2-bedroom, 1-bath condo in Indian Rocks Beach! The space was cozy but had everything we needed, making it perfect for two people. It's been beautifully renovated with thoughtful touches throughout, and the location couldn't be better, just steps from the beach. We also really appreciated the extra storage space for beach essentials, which made our days by the water even easier. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing, comfortable stay!

Location Location Location

I dont usually write reviews, but I had such a fantastic time at this beach that I just had to share. I'm a big fan of the beach, and this place was just steps away from it. During our stay, we had everything we needed, from a grill to beach gear and more. There were plenty of restaurants to choose from as well. We didnt rent a car, but the beach trolley was super affordable and a lot of fun to use. The home itself was incredibly clean with beautiful finishes, and the linens and decor were top-notch. The host was extremely nice too. I honestly have no negativesit checked all our boxes! We will be back next year.

Perfect Temporary Home During Our Move to Florida

This property is truly amazing! Just a 2-minute walk to the beach and by far the cleanest place weve ever stayed. It had everything we needed, and the owner went above and beyond to accommodate our schedule and respond quickly to any questions. All essential beach items, as well as towels and dishes, were provided. The in-unit washer and dryer were a lifesaver for our family. The location was quiet, with light crowds, and close to great restaurants and shopping. The internet was incredibly fast for work, and every TV was a smart TV for easy streaming. Parking was convenient, and the fenced yard was perfect for our dogs. We plan on making this a regular place to stay for our family each year!
