Great Property, Great Host

We stayed for a month with 3 adults and one dog for a hospital rotation. Brenna was a wonderful host! She left treats for our pup and recommendations for the area for us to explore in our free time. She was responsive to any requests we had and anything that we needed ie. Toilet paper, dishwasher pods, etc was resolved quickly. The house is well maintained and the backyard was our favorite place to hang out. I would recommend this place to anyone and would stay again if I had a reason to be in the area!

Repeat renters

We are extremely pleased to rent this fully renovated 2 bedroom plus office home in Grand Rapids! It has everything we need for a comfortable stay and is conveniently located to all GR has to offer. The landlord is quick to respond. The home is very clean and well appointed. The backyard has a privacy fence and two large trees for shade; great for our little furry friend. We highly recommend!

Wonderful stay!

We cannot say enough good things about Brenna's property. We lived there for a couple months after just moving to GR while in search of a permanent home. The fenced in back yard was a big plus for us as we have a small dog. We also found the home to have everything we needed and then some (extra blankets, lots of towels, well stocked kitchen, etc.). The home is well decorated, cozy, and functional. Finally, Brenna was incredibly responsive anytime we reached out. She was even kind enough to give us details on renovations she did for the house as we will be tackling the same in our new home. Highly recommend!

Excellent Stay

Extremely clean and cozy home in a safe and quiet neighborhood. Landlord was so friendly and accommodating. Would highly recommend staying here, and I would personally stay again in the future if Im back in the area!
