Amazing Stay!

This property was perfect for me and my roommate, both travel nurses. Location is super convenient and close to main highways, shopping centers, grocery stores. Our commute to work in SF was less than 30 min. The unit was clean and well stocked. Anup was also the most responsive and helpful landlord. Would definitely recommend!!

A place to call home!

My roommate & I stayed here for a year. The place is fully furnished and kitchen fully equipped for all your needs. The central air/heat, the dedicated parking spot, and the washer/dryer were the most important to us looking for a place call home. Anup place checked all the boxes. He was attentive to us when we had questions or request. Convenient location for food, shopping, and work life.

Great experience, fully recommend!

I spent 5 months living in the apartment while on an academic visit to UC Berkeley. For 3 of those months, I shared the apartment with one other person. The apartment is conveniently located to reach the UC Berkeley campus, downtown Oakland or the remaining Bay Area via car or public transport. The apartment itself is super modern and fully equipped with all appliances needed, making for a very comfortable stay. The master bedroom is large so that it can easily function as an office as well for those working from home. Both beds are very comfortable and large enough for couples to share. The host, Anup, was extremely responsive to any needs we had and went above and beyond to make our stay not only hassle-free but an overall great experience. I would recommend this place without hesitation to anyone searching for a conveniently located medium- or long-term stay in the Bay Area without compromising on comfort.

Clean Bright and Cozy!

I was in town for work and stayed at this homey location. It was the perfect place to feel right at ease while on the road. Getting in and out of the property was seemless and A was very responsive. It's a quick drive 5 min drive to several neighborhoods that had plenty of restaurants, bars and shops. Wholefoods and Trader Joe's are so close for groceries as well! Would definitely stay here again when I'm back in town.

Excellent Apartment & Location

Staying at Anup's apartment was an exceptional experience, surpassing any other furnished apartments I've stayed in. I appreciate how attentive, kind, and approachable Anup was as a landlord. The apartment itself was outstanding, comparable to a luxury apartment in NYC, where I have considerable experience living. The renovations were top-notch, featuring modern fixtures and new furniture. The comfort of the bedding and mattress was akin to that of a 4-star hotel. Seriously. Located in the trendy Temescal neighborhood, the apartment is situated near Whole Foods and a vibrant restaurant district. The area boasts a rich variety of cuisines, including superb Burmese and Ethiopian options, and its proximity to Berkeley means easy access to additional cafes and eateries. The 15-minute drive to San Francisco is also about as good as it gets from Oakland. My stay here was perfect and should I return to the Bay Area, Anups apartment will be my first choice.
