This is a brand new townhome in the Chapel Hill subdivision. The room and bathroom are exclusively the tenant's during the rental period. The bathroom has single entry hallway access and is very close to the bedroom. Typically, the tenant will be the only person in the home, however, we will communicate any plans to be at the home in advance.

Quiet, Clean Home, Well Furnished.
I had a great stay at Michael's home. It was within 6 minutes of the hospital I was contracted at and very quiet location. You can hardly hear the church bells nearby unless you are outside. The inside of the home is exactly how you see in the pictures. Very clean and well kept. The furnishings were in like new condition, enough kitchenware for most people. Bring your own spices and some cooking oil though. Pantry had some mix condiments that are labeled. 1 car garage with EV charging station, not sure of what kind it was as I did not use it. Added security system made me feel safe, though the neighborhood itself felt safe anyways. Less than 10 minutes off the freeway so you have access to alot of the surrounding area. Though alot of local stores close pretty early around 5pm or so. I would definitely stay again and will recommend this to others.
