Stephanie (the owner) was amazing throughout the whole process. She was great answering questions before we rented, and was super helpful during the time we stayed in the unit. My wife and I stayed here during the summer. The air conditioner always worked well, and kept the apartment cool with the Arizona heat. All of the lights, plumbing, wifi, and other things worked while we stayed here. There is also a ceiling fan above the bed. The bed has a memory foam mattress topper which was comfortable, and the blackout curtains are true blackout curtains. Plenty of dishes and kitchen supplies were provided. The storage space was ample for what we needed. We never had trouble parking on the street in front of the apartment. The apartment is in a quiet and safe neighborhood. As of writing this, everything in the description is accurate.
