A Wonderful & Cozy Stay

I had a fantastic experience staying at this rental property. The neighborhood was peaceful and quiet, which made it perfect for relaxing and unwinding after a long day of work. The home itself was super clean, beautifully furnished, and incredibly cozyit truly felt like a home away from home. A special shoutout to Ben, the landlord, whose hospitality and attentiveness made my stay even more enjoyable. He was always responsive and did a great job maintaining the property, ensuring everything was in perfect working order. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-cared-for place to stay.

Wonderful Stay in Monrovia.

First of all this was a wonderful place my husband, dog and I really enjoyed. Its in a great neighborhood, nice and quiet, great for walking around. Its close to Monrovia's downtown and library where there are cute restaurants coffee shops a grocery store and always fun events like street markets concerts and fairs. Its also close to great hikes in the hills and the train which can take you to downtown LA. The place its self is nice, very private and quite I worked nights and had no problem sleeping during the day. The place gets great sun light and you have a beautiful view of the hills especially during sunset. It is well stocked and has everything you need, nice appliances and having 2 bedrooms and a desk was great. Ben great to work with and rent from, he is so kind and always responded so quickly to whatever we needed. We would definitely come back!
