West Town Gem

Cory was an exceptional landlord and made my experience living in West Town truly enjoyable. He was always communicative, easygoing, and responsive, which made everything from move-in to day-to-day living smooth and stress-free. It was clear he genuinely cared about his tenants and took pride in maintaining the property. Hoyne Ave is a really quiet street, easy parking, and I had in unit laundry. The West Town area itself was incredible, it's full of character, with great restaurants, coffee shops (do yourself a favor and check out Dark Matter coffee), and easy access to everything Chicago has to offer. It was a really great place to call home.

My husband and I stayed here for 3 months with our dog and everything was perfect. C is so nice and accommodating and truly makes sure that you have everything you need. The apartment is fully equipped and we didn't need to buy anything additional during our stay. The location is great and walkable to many restaurants, bars, and the grocery store. The bus stop is right across the street which is convenient to get anywhere in the city. If we ever stay in Chicago again, C will be the first person I contact for a place to stay!
