Sheena's place is small, but it has absolutely everything you need—heat, air, ceiling fans, dishwasher, washer, dryer, and a desk. Sheena pays attention to the details—from how the dimmer works on the light switch to the bath pillow for the tub. The location is conveniently close to the 91, and the neighborhood is safe, welcoming, and quiet. The place was spotless at move-in, and Sheena is responsive and reliable whenever anything comes up. She is one of the most accommodating landlords I've ever had. She takes care of her place and genuinely made me feel at home. I was so comfortable there I asked if I could return before my lease ended.

This was a wonderful rental for the price. I appreciated the separate entrance, ample parking, and updated bathroom (great shower!). Lasheena was a wonderful landlord, very receptive to any concerns and always responds quickly. The build quality and appliances are as expected for this price, and Lasheena took care of any issues I had quickly. There were some issues with construction workers on and around the rental unit while I was there, but if construction is complete I would have no compaints!

Modern Living in a Safe Desirable Location

This was an excellent short term rental! I stayed here with my husband and our two dogs. The home had all new and updated appliances, two air conditioning units, a fire place, and a fenced in patio area. There is no designated parking but ample amounts of street parking. Sheena was an amazing landlord! She was very kind, respectful, and quick to respond if we had any questions or issues. Would definitely recommend this property to fellow traveling nurses!
