I'm an interior designer/fabricator and remodeled the house myself. There are a lot of fun details throughout and it's had a 4.95/5 rating on Airbnb for 80 or so stays. The house is on the edge of the historic Armory Park neighborhood just south of downtown. The neighborhood (and house) is vintage Tucson. Walk south through Armory Park to Downtown, or South to the the best Tacos you'll find anywhere. If you're looking for lots of culture and a space that'll be a refuge when you want it, this might be a good fit.

Rustic-industrious Chic
Great, well-appointed spot in Armory Park that is walking distance to 5 Points and the Loop. Interior is a 'grams delight -- thoughtful layout, great light, delightful and relaxing aesthetic, and a fantastic yard for morning coffee. Easy parking in front of house. I is a great host, responsive, and quick communicator. Wish I lived here full-time; highly recommend.
