Newly Renovated Stylish 1-Bedroom plus Office

Felt like Home

The apartment is nice & very comfortable. It truly felt like home from day 1. The recliner, sofa (2 reclining seats also) & bed are really comfortable. We slept very well. The kitchen had everything we needed. The balcony is nice to sit in the morning with coffee & in the evening also. I was surprised but there are a lotta furries & feathers around. Our stay went from 3 - 6 months to.... we were there for 2 1/2 years. We put out bird feeders & hummingbird feeders to enjoy. Rabbits & squirrels are abundant with a groundhog family next door & the occasional white tail. My wife loved it. Jim is one of, if not the best landlord I've ever had. In 2 1/2 years we only had 2 problems with appliances. Which he handled immediately. He is a Great Guy & the only thing he wants is for his place to be kept clean & taken care of & for the rent to be on time. We were sad to be leaving. If we are ever in the area again, there is no doubt I will be checking with him first.
