Wonderful furnished apartment

I had the best experience at this apartment. Very clean , updated, great parking, quiet, spacious, comfortable furnishings. Nice deck too! And super fantastic landlord. I would definitely recommend to my friends and family.

My daughter stayed here for 4 months during her internship and loved it. Cindy and husband were AUsome to deal with. It is centrally located to the hospitals and alot of restaurants. I went up (from Franklin Tn) and stayed with her several times to see some sites and loved the apartment. Thank you Cindy for being and amazing host.

Awesome stay

I was in Louisville for 3 months and stayed in this apt complex. Centrally located to everything imaginable. Very spacious and nice and clean. Plenty of parking in the back space of the house. The landlords are great people and easy to get a hold of. I didnt have any issues while staying here. Safe neighborhood and its well lit. Whenever I do come back I would definitely stay here again.

great apartment

Fantastic apartment. Owners are super nice and accommodating. Never had any issues and the back parking spaces were great. If I come back to Louisville I would stay at this apartment again. The only downside is having to move boxes up the stairs.

Hardworking and caring hosts!

Really well-done remodel making it a cute space to stay. Very accommodating, making sure they were as flexible as possible for each situation. They had everything you need that you wouldn't think of when moving into an extended-stay. Private parking in a convenient spot in Old Louisville right off the highway. The space is shaped very well for a studio where nothing feels cramped. Water pressure is good, laundry in-unit works great. They also (as of now) live in the unit below, so they are right there for any issue. Super sweet couple and clearly care. If you don't mind climbing some stairs to move-in, I can't recommend it enough!
