GREAT Place to Stay!

This apartment is great! Spacious for one person, though myself and my husband stayed here while he worked at Monument. Super convenient location, good amenities, friendly but not loud or nosy neighbors. Josie (property manager) was very communicative and easy to work with. Linens provided were great. If you like to cook for yourself a lot you might want to bring some of your own items. Wifi connection was great for my remote work set up. A/C was easy to work and operated well. Neighborhood was safe and not too loud. Laundry is coin-operated (quarters) We would definitely stay again in the future. Notes: no dishwasher (we cook so much so it would've been nice! but wasn't a big issue), dryer would leave clothes damp no matter how small our loads were, and blinds in bedroom still let light in so it would wake us up early in the AM (we are light-sensitive sleepers). All in all, great apartment to stay at.
