Fantastic Host, Fantastic Place
You couldn’t ask for more regarding the place, the amenities, location, etc. And, on top of all that, the host is excellent. I felt right at home. Five star reviews tend to be given out too easily these days, but in this case, it is 100% deserved. I can’t think of a single issue. You would be fortunate to call this place home for however long you plan to stay in Phoenix. Thank you again, Peter!

Oh Peter!!
It was such a pleasure staying with Peter and Vienna.. he kept me very well entertained, and truly a nice guy. I relocated from New Hampshire and he made me feel so welcomed ... everything is conveniently located grocery store ; any thing you could imagine it's less than a mile from his house.. if you're looking for a place in Phoenix I would give Peter a 10 star review if I could!!

Highly Recommend
Peter and Vienna the Cat were great roomies. I had to stay longer than expected and Peter was very accommodating. The house and the room are very nice and has everything you will need. You get a private bathroom, in-house laundry and a beautiful back garden to relax in and enjoy Phoenix's short cool season. Highly recommend staying here.

Great location and place to stay
Had an amazing stay with P and his cat Vienna. Had a swing shift and day shift schedule and there was never an issue because we were both adults about work and life. P was very interesting, loves the football team Chelsea. I worked up at the TSMC facility and it was about a 20 min ride without traffic. Grocery store was literally right across the street, which made it very convenient. But this was hands down a great experience and I'm glad I got the opportunity to stay there, it sure made it easier being away from my family.
