Amazing Summer

Ki is great and so is the place! I was lucky to live here with my roomate this summer and it was wonderful. Ki was there anytime we needed him and he always came with kindness and a solution. The apartment was also very nice and comfortable to live in. I felt at home immediately!

Spectacular Stay in the Heart Of The Bay

Throughout the duration of my summer internship, I was lucky enough to have Ki as my landlord - Ki is a very organized, helpful, and responsive landlord. Prior to my roommate and I's arrival, Ki had already initiated communications with us about setting up the WiFi, where to park our car, and about the locks to the front door, as well as the individual rooms. Upon our arrival, the place was as beautiful and clean as is shown, in the pictures. Whenever we needed help fixing our dryer/washing machines, Ki was there to help. Whenever we had any question regarding housing, Ki was there to solve our issue, in a very, very timely manner. If you are looking for a temporary home, where you will feel safe and comfortable, definitely consider Ki's rental!

Best accommodation you will stay at!

I had the absolute pleasure of staying at this beautiful property, and I truly cant say enough good things about it. The home is exactly as pictured but its even better in person. Every detail feels brand new, clean, and comfortable. You can tell a lot of care went into both the decor and the upkeep of the space. The layout is spacious and well-lit and All the appliances and furnishings were high quality and functioned perfectly, making it feel like a true home away from home. But what really stood out was the Ki, the landlord, and his family. They were incredibly kind, accommodating, and genuinely lovely to interact with. Any time I had a question or needed assistance, they were quick to respond and always made sure I was comfortable and well taken care of. This was by far the best rental experience Ive ever had, and I would return in a heartbeat.

San Jose Housing

This was my first time taking a travel assignment in CA, and Ki C made my stay very comfortable and accommodating. The location is in a very beautiful neighborhood, and I had quick access to various places (restaurants, shopping centers, parks, etc.). I recommend visiting the Rose Garden if youre an outdoor person (10 minutes away). I would stay here again in the future if Im in the San Jose area :)
