Stained walls, black mold, never got deposit back
My stay at this property was very disappointing. I was pressured to send a deposit before seeing the unit, which I regret doing. Upon arrival, the apartment was dirty, with stained walls, heavy dust, high humidity, and visible black mold. I ended up spending my own money on cleaning supplies and had to clean the apartment myself just to make it livable. The TV did not work and was never fixed despite notifying the owners, who were generally unresponsive. The neighborhood felt unsafe, and the noise level at night was excessive due to a neighboring tenant keeping their TV on late into the night, making it very difficult to sleep. To make matters worse, I never received my security deposit back. Unfortunately, the negative reviews were accurate. Im sharing this so others can avoid the same experience and proceed with extreme caution.
Terrible experience
I stayed at this property for only 10 days due to a serious roach issue and overall poor cleanliness. I had to leave early because the conditions were unacceptable. The landlord had agreed to refund half of the months rent, but after I moved out, they stopped responding to my calls and never returned my security deposit. I dont enjoy leaving negative feedback, but I believe its only fair to share my experience so that future renters are aware of what they might encounter. also, AC is very loud.
Beautiful and Accommodating!
The property is in a prime location, especially for those working in the Texas Medical Center, like I did. The University of Houston is near by, therefore it would be a great location for students also. The neighborhood is quiet, I worked night shift, and never heard any noise in the day time while I was sleeping. The kitchenette had many appliances, I was able to meal prep breakfast and lunch for work! It was a beautiful stay, very accommodating and clean.
