BAD NEWS SLUMLORD WARNING!!

This property owner Dean Doe is bad news. It is my moral obligation to warn anyone considering getting involved with this man to stop, turn around, and run. He will be all smiles at first, but once your contract is signed, his shady side comes out. I still have basic respect for others, even when they try to take advantage of me, so I wont go into all his greedy practices. But know this: he doesnt respect the law or his tenants at any of his properties. If youre looking for a cheap place, keep looking. This man will harass you, charge excessive and illegal fees, and seems to enjoy abusing his power. Whatever you do, get everything in writing. Luckily, I didnt take his word for anything, but I saw another tenant end up in a very bad spot by doing so. Also, the pictures of the house are from years agoafter it was fixed up. It looks nothing like the photos now. Dont fall into Dean Does trap! A smart man learns from his experience. A wise man learns from another mans.
