Dirty house and CHEAP bed and furnature

BEWARE! I paid for a full months rent (500 deposit + 1500 remaining Bal.) Upon entering the home I first learned how scummy dirty the house was when opening the refrigerator and seeing scum, hair and yuck. The entire house had a layer of dirty SCUMB and had NOT been cleaned. The master bed room furniture (bed) was the cheapest bed I have ever seen. The hard mattress was only 7" and was laying on a cheap slatted frame. Very UNCOMFORTABLE bed and shame on whoever put that CHEAP bed in that room. Sleep is important! After leaving the next morning and notifying the owner with photos of the FILTHY house, I went to a hotel. The owner said she couldnt get it cleaned until the following week and offered a rent refund in two text messages. The owner is now trying to keep the 500 and claimed it was non refundable when mathematically it is 25% of the months rent paid. Im now stuck living in a hotel while the owner refuses to refund the remaining 500 so I filed a CC claim with all my proof.
