Josh has been a great host and very accommodating on all my requests. Initially I was worried about parking, but parking was actually not that bad I was usually able to find parking within a block. In addition the street parking is 2 hr only on weekdays from 8am-6pm, but Josh was able to provide a pass allowing you to have your car park indefinitely during your stay if you wanted to. The Property it self: - Location is great, super easy to get on any of the major highways/road w/o local traffic noise close to apt. - Restaurants w/in walking distance, however if you're a foodie I recommend going to Tennyson, RINO or LODO, which are all within a 15-20 min drive - It is gated and from my experience the neighbors are quiet - As a historical building there are some quirks such as weird water temperatures for the facets, but manageable and outside of Josh's Control.
