Cozy Cottage w/ lots of local attractions

I was sad to leave after my short stay at Sandra's cottage. She was a very welcoming host and was quite the expert on the local area. The cottage is located in a great spot, just a short walk to all the shops while also avoiding a lot of the tourist traffic being situated off the main strip.

Great stay

The cottage is so cute, and had everything I needed. Nice new windows, so it was not drafty in winter. Great location in Manitou Springs. Walking distance to downtown shops, and the Manitou Incline and Cog Railway. Kitchen well-stocked with dishes and pans. Great shower in bathroom. Wi-Fi worked very well. Sandy is so nice and accommodating. She took care of any issues right away. You can't go wrong renting from Sandy! :)

A cozy cottage

This cottage has all the charm and everything you would need; parking, WiFi, etc. It's the perfect cozy environment and access right to downtown Manitou Springs. The scenery in the fall was absolutely beautiful and Sandy was a great host who was always available to answer any questions. I was sad to leave!

Great place to live. Landlord is very accommodating. Quiet neighborhood and private. Was a positive experience, highly recommend.
