Wonderful place!
Geoffrey is very kind, helpful, communicative, and responsive. My room was comfy and nicely furnished, and the common areas were kept clean and well-maintained. Would definitely recommend!

Warm and inviting.
The Owner Geoffrey always went out of his way to make me feel comfortable and was super accommodating, and was more than willing to work with my stay extensions. I will definitely him him up if I'm ever in the Spokane area again. His home is clean and in a safe, quiet neighborhood. I definitely recommend this listing.
