We are so glad we found this cozy home while traveling! It has really felt like our home away from home! The house has everything you can think of; it is so spacious and in a nice, quiet neighborhood! The owners were wonderful! They were so communicative through our whole stay and always quick to respond if we needed anything! We wish we could stay longer!

Safe, updated and plenty of space!

Stayed for 3 months and wish we could stay longer! The area is safe, great neighborhood for walks, and the property has a good bit of privacy. The home itself is spacious, updated, clean, and equipped with what you need. The home owners are so wonderful and are quick to communicate and respond. Location is good, close to shopping and to hop on the freeways. Would absolutely recommend staying here!

Spacious, clean, friendly hosts

The house is set in a safe and quiet neighborhood. Set behind the landlords own house with plenty of place for privacy. Ability to have parking in driveway is a plus. The house itself is very well kept and updated. Spacious two bedroom, two bathroom with an open concept, living and kitchen area. This property also has a nice outdoor patio and a separate laundry area. The Landlords are friendly and very accommodating and helpful. They are readily available if needed. I had a great experience living at this rental property!

Excellent Stay - Traveling Professional's Dream!

La Vela Ave is a traveling professional's dream! I am a remote salesman & my partner is a travel nurse & we couldnt be happier with our stay in this lovely, new construction back house located in a quiet & safe neighborhood. This is a spacious house with plenty of storage and natural sunlight. The unit comes with new appliances, furniture, kitchenware, linens, and starting essentials. The yard is routinely maintained and has lawn games, outdoor seating, & a citrus/orange tree that we loved! The owners are awesome - both of them are so friendly & made us feel at home! They showed great communication & gave us plenty of privacy during our stay and even gifted us with some yummy treats every so often :) We hope to stay in touch with the owners for any future inquiries and would highly recommend La Vela Ave for any traveling professionals looking for short-term lease options. The town of Whittier has plenty of shops, grocery stores, and restaurants all within a mile
