Wonderful Stay & Great Host

I had a great experience staying here. The unit was very clean, fully furnished, and had everything I needed to feel at home right away. I really appreciated how responsive and helpful the landlord was throughout my stay. Communication was always easy. The space itself is cozy, well-kept, and thoughtfully set up, making it a very convenient and stress-free stay. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I would definitely recommend this unit to others looking for a great place to stay.

Beautiful interior

I stayed here while on a travel contract. It is cleanly, cozy bed with dim lighting and blackout curtains for night shift, full kitchen, great lighting, responsive landlord, lots of storage, reserved covered parking. In saying that, there were things that were difficult for me while living there as a single woman with a dog that needed to be walked often at odd hours. This rental is located in downtown Long Beach. It is directly adjacent to the homeless shelter and food bank. As such, there were many people living on the streets, some sleeping on the building. The only reason I mention this is because it made it difficult to walk my dog around, as people are sleeping in the turf where I would take her to the bathroom. It also made it difficult to sleep at times because of the noise/chaos going on. Regardless, I loved the interior and Angelica did a great job at making it feel like home for me and gave me great recommendations around the area!

a perfect apartment with a perfect owner

The apartment is very clean, well stocked and has a really nice amount of natural light. Blackout curtains in the bedroom were definitely a plus. The landlord is very responsive and nice. Deposit was returned in a very timely manner.
